Many are very political these days and the types Gadget is talking about aren't particularly just the younger generation although I'd argue they are more political on average. But largely the "high conflict" type imo. I can't find the source now, but I read something many months back saying healthcare and political advocacy groups are the biggest attractors of high conflict personalities when it comes to work. |
