Closing 
A sad state of affairs. Its a place I started going when I was 17 and was off and on a regular there when I was at uni in Edinburgh then went there to live for a number of years later in my 20s.
Edinburgh has lost the black bull fairly recently and the black Rose is hardly an Alt pub anymore. Edinburgh still has a couple of decent alt places but the general trend is going in one direction.
Seems they are having a night to celebrate on Friday that I can't make. I might try and nip into Edinburgh on saturday to have one last pint.
