Another way of asking the question might be: What do you think people misunderstand most about you and why does that misunderstanding persist?
For example: I think people may mistake my tendency to speak with metaphors and nuance as distance, or as me witholding something. They may find ne distant. But, I'm just processing, and am deliberate with my words.

Feeling behind isn’t a flaw though imo, it’s a sign you’re paying attention to things. Perhaps it's also the speed which that change is happening at too. It changes fast. |

This is basically how I used to feel about one of my hobbies, but nowadays I don't really care about what anyone else thinks. I'm too old to worry about the approval of others especially when their opinions never mattered in the first place. |
