I just found out they made up way too many things in the Ed Gein series but if you can watch it for fun it's good to watch except the girlfriend character is just way too unbelievable.

The Gein series sucked, for the exact reason Roberto said. They also completely slandered one victim to the point where if I was her relative, I'd sue for defamation, and I'm not lawsuit happy. I'll throw in some actual recommendations in a bit. I know Roberto tried there, I'm glad he googled some stuff about the factuality.

Album - uhhhhh. David Dondero's The Transient in honor of such a rambling man, like yourself lately.

Film- Ever seen Hedwing and the Angry inch?

Book- the War of Art (not to be confused w/The Art of War)

Box set - If you're referring to something with multiple seasons I'm struggling to think of something that ypu probably haven't seem already, doesn't get really s**tty at any point throughout, and not only had an ending without getting canceled, but finishes halfway decent.

Oh wait, The Duece, f**king great show that fits all those criteria. The Last of Us only has 2 seasons so far, but it's great.

Good miniseries- Dahmer, and Monsters The Erik and Lyle Menendez story. Show Me a Hero, but don't Google it because it will spoil the ending, it's a true story, give it a couple episodes, once it heats up, it's f**king fantastic.

They were phenomenal, that's why I wad looking forward to Gein for weeks. I kept Netflix because of it, it was a huge letdown. I didn't even finish it because I could see where the totally fake gf storyline was going. They had so much going for them with the other storylines, they didn't need to make s**t up with such a dynamic, complex figure.

Did you see My Friend Dahmer?I mean there were made up parts of it but I think it was pretty good overall

I didn't watch that one, unless it's the really old one about him, for like 20 years ago. As far as I'm concerned they kinda told his story perfectly in Dahmer. If it's really more about someone who was friends with him as a teen, I'd check it out.

I googled it, haven't seen it, but it's supposed to be pretty accurate. I'll watch it because someone else's portrayal who knew him sound's interesting.
