I find it funny that there are towns in the US called Tollgate. I like to imagine them only having a toll gate and the bare minimum else to qulaify as a town.

Incidentally, a self-proclaimed biohacker in Australia legally changed his name to Meow Ludo Disco Gamma Meow Meow. That's a grown man who walks the earth. He didn't even come up with it all by himself -- he sat around with a group of friends who helped him come up with it. He had that many people around who would enable him in his bad behavior. That's how you know you've made it in this world, to have friends who will do that. :3
