Maybe as slow as the City of Edinburgh Council to collect peoples overflowing bins (3 months) or pay their staff overdue overtime money (11 months). My profile is not happening yet despite me sending it to them about 15 times. We will see

Never trust your garbage collectors. I did a clear out the other week, so my bin was full, plus an extra bag on the side. On bin collecting day I watched them empty my bin but leave the bag, they saw me watching from the window (not a habit of mine, I happened to be cleaning it at the time), so they went back and collected it. So I'm left wondering (but not enough to enquire) if only rubbish in bins is eligible for collection, this there being no policy to collect bags of rubbish left to the side of an overflowing bin. Also, if such a policy exists, why they went back to collect the bag anyway if there's a policy protecting them if they don't.

erm?....I said with uploading not pending approval.

It was loading as if it was uploading the image then just taking me back to my photos without uploading the new one.....I didn't even get to the
' pending approval ' wait.

I got round it anyway. Seems it would not upload the image, but it would upload a screen shot of the image.

Who the f**k knows what that's about!

Just seemed random as in what...9 years?? I've never had an issue. Maybe a sign of things to come lol

its piss take given there is a house of multiple occupancy at the back of my house that changes Tennant's quicker than you can say ' what the actual f**k', that tip the belongings left behind in my bins.

When I come to use them myself they are full. I'm playing a very slow game of ' get rid of all the s**t'.

I also put up a partial fence today....reach over that to use my bins now f**kers!

It's insane. Collecting rubbish is their literal job. They have a policy in place that prevents them from doing their job if there's more of their job to do. f**king insane!!

Knowing many binmen they pay poorly and it's a hard job. They are always leaving so they hire agency staff who don't give a s**t. Thisakes the permanent one think why should they give a s**t and do all the work so they leave, complete circle of s**t.

800Kb is max size for photo's. Ones taken on mu phone are around 2MB. Been having to take a screenshot of photo for ages...

Yeah i used to be able to upload what ever, but what a year or so back? After one of dem update thingies i popped up photos and it just went sideways or white? blegh. Kinda annoying i have more hats to show off.

You could always request a bigger or secondary bin from the council. I've seen an upgrades blue bin.

I had the sideways thing for the last few years but I figured out of I pressed edit on my photo, flip it, then flip it back and save, it would then upload it upright.

same phone so no idea why it's doing this now 🤔
