A friend told me they're detaining LEGAL U.S. citizens, with proof of citizenship, detaining them, not giving meds, shipping them to the worst jails and work houses outside the country, basically slavery. He also said they ran over both legs of a guy (not the Vancouver incident, and I don't buy that one, btw) and so on, and so forth. He's gonna send me some videos, I'll post them here. I need to do my own research or see it to believe it, that's just how I am with serious s**t.

You definitely need to do your own research because the stuff they're doing is hard to believe but it's true. In one video I saw, ICE was parked somewhere and backing up into moving traffic where they then proceeded to drive into the next lane with moving traffic and some random person hit the ICE van. It was clearly ICE's fault but then they jumped out of their van with their guns drawn and proceeded to drag the woman out (who happened to be latina) and arrested her. ICE later had to let her go. |

Throne. ICE is immigration and customs enforcement which basically protects the border and goes after illegal immigration. They used to mostly operate at the borders and used something called "Expedited Removal" to deport illegal entries into the US without needing to go through due process. |

She clearly hit the throttle to go forward with someone in front. Doesn't matter what her intent was, or what she meant to do, she created a dangerous situation that put someone else's life at risk. He WAS hit by the car and he was hit before he shot. She had many opportunities to avoid the situation entirely. Not go out to an ICE protest to block other vehicles, not blocking other vehicles, actually getting out when she was told to. All she had to do was make on good decision in a long string of bad ones. |

The first shot was from the gun taken from Pretti, the firearm had an unintentional discharge that when combined with him holding his phone in hand and officers hollering gun let to his death. Though an unfortunate incident it could have been avoided by not actively breaking the law (he was not protesting) and furthermore not resisting arrest. If he had chosen to to resist he simply would have been cuffed, searched, disarmed, then had a chance to plea his case in court. Even if his firearm was one less likely to have an accidental discharge very well may have been enough that not shots would be fired. |

As for HIPAA the gathering of non protected records are allowed which includes anything not sensitive health information. If you believe your HIPAA rights was violated find a lawyer and take it to court.
