I work for an insurance company and there was a class that met to discuss the differences between PPOs and HMOs. One of the guys went up and drew HMO and PPO on the board. He drew the PP in PPO funny so I told him he has a funny lookin PP. Now I’m fired.

I was thinking about welding. Do you know if there are gigs where you work with metals that are never aluminum? |

Feb 8, 2026 16:00 aluminum is a exotic metal and the hardest one to weld, getting into a steel shop as a helper can introduce you to welding, many shops would actually want you to learn so you could be more useful. steel shops are also the best bet since there's only steel that is being worked on, structural shops are good but not a good option unless you're comitted to this kind of work, good luck and i hope you find welding the thing you're looking for in life |
