I just finished setting it up on the Kyodo app. It's a work in progress and will need some admins/mods volunteers on there eventually.

@DSBM kyodo App, you make an entire community, like a website, you have the chat groups, within the main page where you can access, the main page is like your main website page where you see the name, brand etc...you see the main feed of blogs, posts from members, online members, activity status etc..etc...just like here now, you are located inside the "forums" inside a "post" particularly this one I posted obviously. The difference is it's new, new site, new code/software application, more options, customization, freedom to create and so on. Discord is well Discord, just that, you create a group chat and that's just it and people just join the "group chat". |

@Mercurius Mesmerize I totally get it! I’ve been here for years, but Altscene feels a bit like a 'stagnant forum. I’m not deleting my account here, but Kyodo lets us do so much more with blogs and art that this site just doesn't support. |

We can have permanent blogs, better photo sharing, and a main 'landing page' that makes us look like a real community rather than just a chat room. Just saying 🤷♂️ |

Dec 23, 2025 06:02 ctsvbullet, yeah I know but stuff got added in latter days but it's still mostly caterered towards gamers and in some cases some podcasts (YouTube is go to for that) my experience with Discord for years now was the same experience with Twitch. Wasn't for me. Also had tons of pervert pedophiles hitting me up on there too, not surprised being Discord and Roblox are under investigation currently |
