I remember that incident.
People were posting a lot of "Ancient Aliums" and "Ayy Lmao" memes, and making plans to "Naruto-run past the armed guards" to "save the big tiddy alien waifus".
It was mildly concerning how seriously the US army took it, and then when the day came, a bunch of journos turned up in arse-end of nowhere Nevada for the expected tard-storm, and all that appeared was a small gaggle of local memesters, and the usual X-Files enthusiasts, who minded their behavior and didn't really cause any ruction, besides the traditional joking attempt to limbo under the gate.
