I have a degree in Archaeology and work as a tour guide in a museum with the odd bit of writing and cabaret/burlesque on the side. Occasionally I can be a bit of a geek, however, I love a giggle or three.
Good, weird theatre makes me smile, but sadly I don't get to see enough. I adore Complicite, and Beckett is a bit tasty as well.
I am sure I could rabbit on about how wonderful I am, but the simple truth is I'm not sure that works. I am normal, I am strange, I see the beautiful and the ugly, and I have what I believe to be profound thoughts, though I suspect they are mundane. In short, I am tootling along like everyone else - but it would be nice to have someone to laugh with every now and then.
Ideally it would be lovely to meet a lass who isn't bothered by the fact that I get on stage every now and then dressed in a corset and heels, and who can appreciate the surreal and absurd.
