Well this is awkward...
I realised I should probably grow up and be in a proper relationship, so here I am. I would say there was an epiphany moment, but there was not. I am 25 and a quarter of a century is a bit of a landmark. But more importantly, a few of my friends have settled down and have kids, and/or long-term relationships which makes me jealous.
I've been single for about a year now and after a much needed 'contemplation' period, I've decided it's not all it's cracked up to be. I am a relationship guy first and foremost. (This is now my age seeping through, clearly) I kinda want to find a nice girl to have good times with. I am a king of cliche as you may have noticed.
A bit about me:
-I'm on the short side. (5'5) I think it's probably important to get that out there. I more than make up for that with angry-little-man syndrome though. Har har.
-I like science and nature. If you aren't moved by the fact that we're the descendants of supernovae and randomness, you are missing out.
-I am into metal and such like. Again, this appeals to a specific taste so not for everyone. MCR and Slipknot are my favourite bands. If you like these, we will get on.
-I am very passionate about my beliefs and opinions. I like to think I am rational, but am happy to be proven otherwise. I love deep debates. I am not religious, but enjoy chatting about other peoples beliefs.
-I love books. I one day envisage having a library full of my collection. People shall pay to visit, obviously, bruv.
-I want to go to uni and study science. This has yet to happen. Excuses aside, money is the biggest factor stopping this. *Cue the anti-government broadside.
That's about it. Joy. I like women who are a bit different; maybe someone who isn't afraid to try something a bit crazy. I like educated women, or, at least those who can form an opinion of their own. I'm not really attracted to the traditional 'hot' woman; more likely the quiet, contemplative type. Loud is ok as long as there is some character behind it.
