Hello, I'm Dan. I'm a professional chef, as well as amateur musician (www.scalesinantiquity.com), writer, and photographer. I'm currently studying to become an English/Creative Writing teacher.
I listen to a wide variety of contemporary music including Caspian, Explosions in the Sky, The Album Leaf, Circle Takes the Square, The Appleseed Cast, Death Cab for Cutie, Fear Before. All Human, Mogwai, American Football, Radiohead/Thom Yorke, RJD2, Lindsey Stirling, and Maybeshewill.. just a few bands I've been listening to a lot lately. I'm also big into indie movies, my two favorites being Donnie Darko and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. For TV Shows I go for the more suspenseful shows, with darker plotlines and involved characters, such as The Walking Dead, Dexter, True Blood, Homeland, Falling Skies, and Game of Thrones.
