Like:
- Books & reading: Anything from Stephen King's The Stand, Fydor Dostoevsky's Notes From the Underground and anything by Émile Durkheim.
- Horror films: The Decent, Silence of the Lambs, Living Deads, Texas Chainsaw massacre ...you get the picture.
- Art (particularly Avant-Garde): Surrealism, Cubism, Fauvism.
- Music: I'm more into my heavy music such as The Devil Wears Prada, Of Mice and Men, Dance Gavin Dance, Atreyu, Chiodos. But I occassionally like some other more mellow bands like Brand New, Bright Eyes, Circa Survive. ...Even Rod Stewart, hah!
- Zombies: I have a morbid fascination with zombies, albeit films like 28 Days Later or zombie games like Resident Evil and Dead Rising 2.
- Languages: I'm a French and English teacher; I find the concept of languages enthralling, especially the sociolinguistic side of things.
- Food: I like spicy food. Tobascco or hot pepper sauce goes on the majority of things I eat. I really enjoy spicy Chinese food as opposed to Indian style food though. Truth be told, I would much rather eat take-away and general rubbish than settle down to a salad. Salad's for snails and things that absconder in the garden.
I'm also one of those people that would rather watch Antiques Roadshow rather than the X-Factor.
