I'm not looking for anything serious: just people that I can hang out, have fun with and see what happens. I've got an MA in literature in modernity and a BA in English literature, so yes, I do the stereotypical film and book thing! As a result my career...involves English. So I like people who can impress me verbally. So read between the lines as that's my career... My favourite writer is Stephen King, mostly because he can craft an engaging plot and couple it with rounded, realistic characters, making suspension of disbelief much, much easier. I'm enjoying Lindqvist at the moment.
I've got a diverse taste in music, from vocal trance to metal and dubstep. Also industrial, ebm and edm. I'm as happy at a rave as a gig and don't find pigeonholeing useful. Favourite band ever= Nine Inch Nails. Also love SITD, Killswitch Engage, Type O Negative, Skrillex, Flux Pavillion, Gary Numan...it's a long list.
I'm a massive film-nerd and love 70s and 80s horror. Other than that I love 'The Thing' and 'Bladerunner' above all other movies.
I have a lot of mods including angel wings, a transformers logo on my elbow, webs, a chestpiece (getting expanded this week), tribals on my forearms and many more. I'm getting sleeves done gradually. I have my septum, three labrets, multiple ear piercings and 8ml tunnels and my nose done twice.
I never grew out of toys, games or wrestling and hope I never will. There's no point in being an adult if you can't be childish sometimes (who said that?).
I love all things sci-fi, imcluding Doctor Who. I find intelligent, funny women appealing rather than threatening.
