Open to long distance and international connections (especially UK since I visit at least once a year to see extended family). Open to relocating for the right person as well since it’s harder to find a genuine connection and those with more niche interests locally. Here primarily to find a lifelong monogamous relationship. I’m open to new friendships as well; the older I get, the smaller my social circle becomes.
Some of my biggest interests include heavy metal of all varieties, synthwave, terrible horror movies, hiking, running, DOOM (classic and modern games), board games, ping pong and reading (horror novels and newspapers). Absu is my favorite mythological occult metal band (they’re one of a kind) and GUNSHIP is my favorite synthwave band.
I’m extremely thankful to work mostly remote. I work in compliance involving federal aid.
As far as potential dealbreakers are concerned, here’s what comes to mind: I’m an atheist (if you’re religious I respect that, as long as we can respect our difference in beliefs), I’m child free by choice (I commend all the wonderful parents out there, but I’ll be honest, my main reason for not wanting children is to have more financial flexibility), I don’t drink or do drugs of any kind (it’s fine if you drink).
I strongly value mutual respect, open communication and compromise in a relationship.
