Im a weirdo, plain and simple. complex to a degree but pretty predictable in my patterns. A bit of an oximoron in some ways but its fun. My main entertainment now a days is some video game time, meditation, and bar visits to see friends, play pool, and sing karaoke. Im a singer and song writer in my band and im gonna sing until i kill over one day. lots of free time for adventures with the right person but sparking an interest wont be too easy with me. im looking for something long term and healthy. ive done tons of therapy in my quest for growth and development so if youre into the more toxic stuff dont be surprised if i dont give you the time of day. if youre on your quest currently, cool. ill walk with you if we click but expect me to keep you pushing in the right direction. there's always growth to be done. would prefer someone close but distance doesnt matter much as realistically at this point in my life when i know ive found the right one, one of us will be moving to the other sooner or later.
----Deal Breakers----
Cigarettes are deal breaker 1 for medical reasons. 2 kinda gross overall. vapes are ok though. we can talk about this later.
I dont mind *A* kid depending on age/ situation but i dont want to/ cant have any of my own. Vasectomy for the win!
Drugs are a big no go for me. when i say drugs i mean substances used to get high that are chemically manufactured. I.E. cocaine, meth, ecstasy, ect. I dont count things like weed or mushrooms because they are just plants. they grow that way. but if youre using them in an addictive manner ill likely walk away.
----Major needs---
Big number 1 is communication. if you cant be upfront and honest even while youre nervous about the subject matter dont try.
Affection. im pretty well versed in giving all the love languages but getting physical affection is number one. I dont *need* it to be happy in life but its my favorite to receive.
Reciprocation. Understand that I may take the first step in reaching out but i give what i get. you give me toxic bs? ill walk away plain and simple. you put in effort? ill match and likely put in more to further encourage you.
Ive done and continue to do the work needed to be the best version of myself i can be everyday and im looking for someone to join me on that path so that we can build something amazing together. Im talking, power couple that people get jealous of whether or not we choose to dress up and go out or have a lazy day in our pjs with movies or video games. lastly honesty is huge with me. im a straight forward and honest person but i do have tact. I would like people to be that way with me as well. Im a VERY understanding person almost to a fault but i will not let myself be abused. time is the one resource we dont know of how much we have and we cant get back when its gone so i dont believe in wasting it. if theres a connection and chemistry i tend to move at whatever pace me and the person are feeling rather than stick to time scales. I.E. we've only been talking for a month i cant get serious yet. if we have been having good, deep, meaningful conversations and are feeling something for one another lets explore it because its there not waste time because its what someone else would do. we have to make our own paths and decisions in this life and the biggest things you can do to start doing that is following where your heart leads you because the choice feels right to you not because someone else says its ok. thats all for now maybe ill add more later.
