I'm a graduate student studying and working at the intersection of literature and philosophy. I'm interested in the gothic, romanticism, marginalized philosophical traditions, existentialism, poetry, spirituality, death, ecology, and myth.
For the rest of me, I'm the owner of two cats, a tabletop gaming hobbyist, and a fanatic of horror, fantasy, nature, and the paranormal. I love collecting books, reading about the strange and weird, painting, writing, and reading. I've also been learning more about how to cook and am learning Spanish, teaching myself in part by reading Edgar Allan Poe (one of the figures I study) in Spanish.
