As a trans person, there's a degree of standing-out that's just inherent to the job, as it were, but I find my style and taste add an extra element to that. I like things that are bright, sparkly, loud, and colourful, which serves to further drive a wedge between me and anyone that I'd potentially date. I'm looking for people that accept me as I am, as opposed to attempting to push me in the direction of what they believe a woman should be.
