Normal, laid back person; single for about a year now & want to meet someone new. Upon first glance, it would be hard for most to say that I outwardly appear to be alt/emo in terms of my appearance & dress. But I'm heavily into the music and many subgenres of alternative, post hardcore, emo, punk rock, screamo, etc. I also have a full black and grey sleeve tattoo on my left arm. I try to add some photos on here but a lot of times though just get rejected and they won't upload because I guess it's not a clear picture of my face but the pictures don't do it justice. Anyway I I have always really been attracted to girls from the subculture and I think that we would get along especially if we like the same kind of music I'm a huge music person. I'm open minded, stable, I don't have any baggage or hidden history, never been married or had kids and I am respectful of all girls & I'm the exact opposite of scumbag men who beat up on girls or are jealous, controlling, manipulative, etc. I don't play that type of s**t. I've been in 4 committed relationships that didn't work out and that took up a majority of my 20s up until mid 30s. Never once have I cheated on anyone I've been dating and although I have been cheated on, I'm not the type to hold that over someone news head. Everyone gets a blank slate and if you weren't a perfect person but want to be now, ask the past stays in the past and history doesn't repeat itself, I'm not concerned with the time before we met, only after. And I'm 39yo, which sometimes ican be viewed as a bad thing or you're much younger than me (18-29yo for example) but I'm not some grandpa who doesn't do fun s**t anymore lol. I literally have never been playing games or into drama in my dating life but nowadays, I'm REALLY not about that kind of stuff. So if you're potentially looking for a good man who is going to be loyal and keep it 100 with you always no matter what, hit me up. Ideally I'd like to meet in person sooner rather than later but always keep in mind... If there's chemistry then obviously we'll work with that and then if there isn't chemistry or we're just not feeling it that's fine too I'm totally cool with making a platonic friend if it's not on that level and if you don't want that and you just aren't feeling it and don't even want it to go further either in a dating or a friendship kind of way...that's totally okay! It won't offend me and it won't upset me I'm not going to get pissed or go crazy about it it's like if it works and works if it doesn't it doesn't but the only way that you'll know that and that I'll know that is if we meet up and we get to know each other and we see if it works. Without doing that I don't think that you can really figure out if you are interested in somebody or not.
I usually don't even write very much in these bios and this thing is huge so I'll stop talking now but hopefully this catches somebody's attention I don't know what to do at this point it's harden people just going through your day to day life and working and grocery shopping or whatever it's not that easy just meet somebody who's single and interested in you my friends are married and have kids a lot of them so nobody's going out to the bars it's not like we can go to the nightclub and meet some girls and the older I get the more it's just a completely solo kind of experience to try and meet somebody new and I'm not introverted but I wouldn't say I'm a full extrovert either so I'm like right in the middle and I'm not shy when it comes to talking to girls but I always have this thing in my head that you know guys are such douchebags and they all just hit on everybody and want to f**k everybody and so like I feel like that's what girls think that I'm like and then so it makes me discouraged to randomly just go talk to somebody that I don't know not that it makes me feel embarrassed or I'm too shy to do it but more like I feel like I don't want to disrespect them or creep them out or something like that and that's why I think that I'm being a good guy by not approaching somebody who I'm attracted to her interested in and that's not doing me much of a favor by actively doing that. And another thing is is like I've tried a couple of different dating apps / websites and there's so many fake profiles and so many chat bots and AI and so many that just want to get you to pay for subscription or buy some coins or whatever and it's not really about helping you find somebody it's just about making money and I found it difficult to find the kind of girls that I'm interested in that are attractive and that are interested in me using these apps and it seems like a lot of people have so much success on them and so maybe I'm doing something wrong but I just find dating apps just to be very hit and miss and I don't think that they provide all the promise and so I really hope that this dating app is different I feel like one of them's got to have some compatible girls on there that are interested in me too so every couple months I'll pop on one of them and see what happens and unfortunately it usually doesn't really bring anything to the table for me but I keep on trying because like I said it's kind of hard to do it in your day to day errands you know between work and then other responsibilities there's not a ton of opportunity to meet somebody now or maybe I don't know where to look I'm not sure but I'm rambling I'm sorry about that hopefully this didn't turn someone's interest into a 'no' lol.
