I joined the military at 18 and left my small Mississippi town behind. I served from 2004-2010. My service included Operation Iraqi Freedom. The military helped me become the person I am today and my experience set me up for what I am now doing for a living. After returning from service, I worked for the UFC Gym Corporation for 3 years until I eventually branched off and started Josh Hopkins Fitness, LLC.
