How do you do?
It would appear that you have found your way to my profile. Maybe it was fate, a coincidence, accidental or maybe just good old curiosity. My name is Harlow, and it’s a pleasure to meet you all.
When I’m not working you can usually find me in clubs suited for more ‘alternative’ people. I myself don’t appear to be much of an alternative man, but I do favor the ‘Victorian’ goth aesthetic. I’ll be uploading more photos in the near future, but for now, my business attire will have to suffice. Admittedly, red is not my color, I much prefer the combination of blue and black. Tailoring and fashion have always been a passion of mine, as well as photography, resin crafts, candle production, automotive repair and maintenance, over-the-top romantic gestures, and firearms. I am not terribly well versed in the practice of makeup, but I am willing to learn a few tricks for the perfect 'guy liner' look.
Another keen interest of mine is playfully jeering my twin sister. Now before you crucify me, bear in mind that she knows exactly how to madden me to exact her revenge. Some may view it as childish and immature but in reality it’s life long playful banter between two siblings.
Truth be told I am a simple man, I consider myself down to earth yet strong willed. Tender souled yet stubborn as can be, gentle hearted yet firm minded. I carry a bronze heart that was once golden, and I may have misplaced trust in the past one too many times; but as a hopeless romantic I am bound to ‘try again’ at love and continue my search. Furthermore, I am open to any and all interactions that come my way. Being the social butterfly that I am, I believe I can get along with anyone who comes my way. Though when it comes to romantic interests I have a few preferences like anyone else. That being said, I’m no catch either, I look quite young for my age and I’m not the typical ‘tall, muscular, handsome, masculine’ type.
I envision the ideal date being anything from a public coffee grab, to an introverted activity in the cozy comfort of one’s home. Admittedly, I don’t ‘game’ as much as I used to, though I am open to talking to avid gamers to learn more about the current updates on such matters. I also enjoy discussing more serious topics such as politics, though I don’t claim to be on either side. It sounds like radio static to me most of the time, but I am very fond of firearms, supporting women’s rights and access to healthcare resources. On top of that, I am not a religious man, I have a distaste for using labels in general.
If you were to ask me which I prefer, canines or felines, I would most definitely side with felines. I am as addicted to admiring fluffy cats as I am addicted to drinking coffee every day. I am a proud sweet toothed, coffee drinking, proud paws papa. (Try saying THAT fast, hah.)
I would also like to add that I adore old, timely movies, and not just because of my old fashioned taste in wardrobe and courtship practices. Nothing beats a cheesy 80’s horror flick during a cozy movie night date.
I'm sure SOME of you are curious about my sexual preferences as well, though for the most part you'll have to find that out on your own. I'm not labeling it as a 'requirement' and a 'deal breaker' if I can't have it, but one thing to keep in mind is that I am FAR from 'vanilla.'
As far as tattoos and piercings go, well, maybe I'll eventually decide to use my body as a canvas in the name of art. It's unlikely that I'll be getting anymore piercings. Yes, I said 'anymore,' the one I already DO have is...'hidden.'
I am but a simple bloke, often mistaken as an old soul in a young lad's body.
I do not have children, if my future partner has children or desires to have a few I do not mind. Similarly, I am perfect fine with never fathering offspring. If my lady wishes to marry and bear children, wonderful. If not, I am fine living without either of those.
Aside from house cats, I'd have to say I'm rather fond of ravens, Fennec foxes, rats, bats, and snakes. I do plan on housing a few snakes in the future as well.
I don't mind drinkers, or smokers, eventually I plan on drinking in social settings. 420 friendly but I don't partake in it.
