It's really quite easy I do it all day, but somehow it seems so difficult for people to match that no matter how much they play themselves up as being "nice" or "cutsie". I'm not looking for fake b.s. or games. Be straightforward about what you want and I'll be straightforward with you. A good foundation is only possible with trust, mutual values, and shared goals.
