I'm an outgoing person, well travelled ( often connected to my work) and love all cultures and whatever comes with that in terms of understanding our differences and connections. Im very positive and prefer being outdoors than in, walking ( usually with my energetic dog) and cycling . Im a designer, still working, but freelance and flexibly.
I don't feel my age, and usually happy in my own company, and not looking for a claustrophobic relationship.. I'd love companionship and an expansive connection with an independent person.. I'm left of centre politically, a staunch Remainer, and feeling rather sad about the direction of travel in our society at present. I love film, I read, I love cultural discovery and adore cooking . I have lots of great friends and socialising is always high on my agenda. I love entertaining and friends frequently visit. I have two lovely daughters, settled and on their way
At our age , we are usually pretty well formed people with the majority of our life behind us, so its important that one respects this and accepts that we all come with some baggage and experiences that have made us the people we are. I have no idea who my match maybe tbh until we meet, so I'm not prescriptive and I'm open to meeting someone with a lively inquisitive mind. Not overly set in their ways. I like youthfulness and and outgoing optimistic people. I like laughter and kindness.
