I am clean from illegal substances, but, I had a recent relapse. I recently went out looking for an ALTernative relationship where I wanted someone who thought different, loved differently, cared for me in a way that only people who have been hurt before in relationships can understand. I NEED someone who can communicate their thoughts, their kindness, their emotions to me as only THEY can do. I need someone who will be open to being a best friend to me as I want nothing more than to feel that love that I feel for them when we meet and it's clear that, even, over time, we agree that our hearts, our minds and our spirits are in the same place. And, if not in the same place, but, that we WANT them to be. We, together, HOPE that we make the attempt to understand each other and that we accept each other for our faults. We can grow TOGETHER we can LOVE together and we can SHARE a life together. If, by some chance, for no other reason than 'fate has cut our time short', then, we will appreciate that time that we had together. But, that IS NOT 'NOW', that IS NOT WHAT DREW US TO EXAMINE, SEEK OUT LOVE, OR, WHAT KEEPS US IN PERSUIT OF LOVE. I hope some of what I've said you can find it possible to agree with. I hope, also, that we will have the opportunity - some time in the future - to exchange emails, phone calls, or, possibly meet for conversation. I've always wanted to have a picnic in the park, and, there are about a million other settings I would like to imagine possible one day. And, possibly, some day, those dates will take place. But, for now, there's just my longing. Thanks for being so willing to share the idea of love that you took the time to create your profile. Some day, you will change the heart of a man and he will thank you for what you did for him - as I do now, imagining that you have read this short-story. Thank you!
