ABOUT ME:
The name is Courtney Meredith Durand. I am 18 years young. I'll turn 19 on April 5. I live in New Orleans, LA - I hate THE SAINTS AND LSU AND THE HORNETS!!!. I have lived in Ocean Springs for 18 and a half years, same house and everything. Ocean Springs is a very small town in which everyone knows everyone and their business and after a while it just gets extremely old.
I am extremely friendly and outgoing. I love being around people. Singing is where my heart is. I am high maintenence for the most part, but I don't have the attitude that goes along with it. I love to dance around in my underwear and sing into my hairbrush. I am a mess, but I'm cleaning up well. I don't always make the best decisions, but I learn from the msitakes. I love to party and I love to dress up. I am a true southern belle/all American girl and damn proud! That being said, I am also a city girl at heart. My favorite place in the whole world is Chicago. The city lights at night are one of the most beautiful sights.
FAVORITES:
Music is my life, first and foremost about everything else. I have been to more concerts than anyone you know, I can bet just about everything on that. ((On that note, I've probably started and been in more MOSH PITS than anyone you know. I'll bet on that, too.)) I've been going to concerts since I was 10. I have met quite a few people as well. Being so into music has made a huge part of me want to become a music producer along with wanting to become a famous singer. I have been told by quite a few people that I am very talented, and I believe so as well. I explain my life with song lyrics. Sometimes it scares me how well certian lyrics can explain me and my life. Music is what gets me through the day.

Another one of my favorite things is going to the beach. I love just chilling out on the beach, playing football with friends, running around, being goofy. I love watching sunsets underneath the Biloxi bridge, it's so beautiful. I love just cuddling with a guy on the beach after the sun has gone down and just talking.
I also love going to the movies, going bowling, playing golf and pool even though I'm not too good at either one, ha. I am a huge fan of rollercoasters. I love amusement parks, they are my favorite places in the whole world.
I love to read. My favorite books are the Twilight series, the Harry Potter series, the Anita Blake series, and anything by Nicholas Sparks.
I love going to parties, but I also have just as much fun chillin out at home with a great guy cuddling and watching movies.
EDUCATION:
I graduated from Ocean Springs High School May 27th, 2008. I attended MGCCC - Jefferson Davis campus for about two months, but then I was forced to drop out because of me moving to Louisiana, my credits would not have been complete. I plan on going to Loyola next year to study Music Business/Production. Otherwise, I want to major in Club Management, Music Management/Production, and Business Management. I want to minor in Sprts Broadcasting, Early Childhood Education/Psychology, and Fashion Design. I love school and I want to have a lot of choices after I finally do get out of school.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
Tattoo's and peircings are a HUGE turn on.
At the moment I'm just looking for friends because I'm moving to Cali and I just got out of a pretty s**tty two and a half year relationship with a guy who cheated on me, lied to me, used me, manipulated my feelings, and made me feel like everything in the world was my fault. I'm not looking for a relationship anytime soon, but if I end up liking someone enough that it goes somewhere, I won't turn it down.
