Life should be fun. I can act like a kid when I want, and like an adult when I must, which means I think life should be fun, but I can still behave in public. Humor, wit, and above all, intelligence is huge with me. Make me laugh, or make me think, and we'll get along fine.
Looking to rediscover my old hobbies when COVID ends like thriftstore shopping sprees, "grab your toothbrush and let's go" weekend trips, or Sunday morning exploring new coffeshops, and hoping to find someone to do them with me. Good conversation over coffee/c**ktails/a few beers (fair warning: I detest IPA's...don't judge) Binge watching Netflix/Amazon Prime, or hitting a venue for live music. My guilty pleasure is pop-punk (Green Day, Blink-182, etc), but also enjoy ska, indie, 80s music (have seen both X and Adam Ant within months of each other), '60s music (the Beatles are my all-time favorite) and even classical.
I ride my 1972 BMW motorcycle or 1979 Vespa as often as I can. I have a car, too, but it's boring. I use it mainly to kart my kids around, or if it's raining. Or just feel like listening to the radio on the way to work...back when going to work meant actually leaving the house.
