I work nights in a care home mostly on the dementia ward so don't expect my sanity to be intact... not a morning person hence working nights.
Not eally int quiet nights in I'd rather be in the pub or at a gig, I might be getting on a bit but I'm not old yet. My knees and hips are still good and I rarely pee myself I'm mentally immature and can still climb big hills so don't let my age put you off.
