i'm Michael I'm 21 born in Croxteth Liverpool and until recently attended Edge Hill University in Ormskirk I studied Film & Creative Writing and have a BA Hons Degree! now woo. i would say that i am honest in everything i do and with everyone i speak to i have a weird quirky sense of humour which not everyone understands and am generally an alternative sort of person! i would also say that i am a romantic at heart as i believe in a soul mate but also have a nasty pessimistic streak which makes me think i'll end up alone lol.My main interest in life is my friends who i love more than anything else and always come first i'm rather shy and find talking to people a little difficult in the flesh so to speak but the few friends i do have i'm extremely loyal to and once i consider someone a friend it is for life. After my friends i consider music to be the second most important thing in my life as it constantly inspires comforts and amazes me, i tend to veer towards liking Hard Rock/Punk but also Love some Indie & Metal bands see my list for more lol!. My favorite band of all time will always be Nirvana as they were my first love musically i also adore Morrissey, Rancid, Joe Strummer & Babyshambles.
My other interests are Cinema, Comic Books, Video Games, Writing, & Comedy. Cinema is a massive part of my life i waste hours watching films and analyzing them i hope to one day make my living as a critic or a writer/director i'm working on my own short film at the moment which will hopefully kickstart my career my taste ranges from blockbusters to comedy, particularly like french cinema at the moment also love Anime and anything weird and cultish Bruce Campbell is my hero
, my favorite filmmakers are Kevin Smith, Quentin Tarantinto & Guierlmo Del Toro, Comic Books, Video Games and Wrestling how nerdy lol but they are all really important to me currently reading most Spider-Man/Final Crisis Books, Playing Fallout 3 though final fantasy VIII will always be my favorite!
Writing wise i like to mostly write fan fiction at the moment to practice my skills at writing characters, mostly i think my work is comedic in nature and the central influences i'd say are Bill Hicks, George Carlin Kevin Smith, Paul Merton & Harry Hill
The person i'm looking for is someone unique! as i don't really have a specific type though i am totally in love with Mya from Jersey Girl, i like geeky nerdy people but i tend to value things like honesty and genuiness a lot more i also like random senses of humour, kind hearts and shared interests as well though differences and spontaneousness is important to me too! also whoever it is must be into hugs lol
