My interests and experiences are very varied - I’ve run a construction company, danced professionally at a goth club, worked as a tarot reader on a psychic hotline, rehabilitated squirrels, done physical therapy on cats, bottle fed neonate kittens, age and gender-identified human skeletons. I like reading and writing - not the grade school classes, like actually reading and writing. I read sci Fi, fantasy, history, true crime, philosophy and some fiction. Apparently I’m an extroverted introvert - I didn’t even know that was a thing!
I make incense and essential oils, and have been known to howl at the moon. But in general I’m not very spooky and I don’t subscribe to “rules” where spirituality is concerned. I guess I’m an intuitive spiritualist. I don’t believe in an interventionist god, but if you do that’s fine with me. I don’t put a lot of stock in astrology but I talk about it a lot and my chart describes me to a T.
I’m pretty liberal but appreciate hearing other viewpoints and enjoy a good discussion as long as it is a discussion as opposed to name calling and bullying.
I love the central coast of CA, am a big fan of large bodies of water but not so much the multitudes of people that can be found near them. I enjoy a good wine tasting tour - red only.
Music is hugely important to me and I have varied tastes.
I like pretty shiny things, but I like them in the raw - like amethyst, citrine, tourmaline, and other crystals. I like to seek out my own rocks where they’re found in nature.
