Eclectic, quiet but affable misfit who kinda fits in seeking a soulmate with a similar outlook. I'm a metalhead, but not one of those "metal or die" types. I like all sorts of styles and genres and really can't be doing with elitism. My preferred flavour of metal is melodic doom. Obscure bands such as The Blood Divine, Galdriel, Silent Streams of Godless Elegy. Good old 90's serene darkness. That said I also love sea shanties, piratey stuff, Reef, modern stuff such as A7X and 60's surf rock!
I'm a country boy, I love the Cornish coast and hit the waves on my body board as often as I can. I'm by no means one of those sporty types though. I've never run a marathon (nor am I ever likely to) I don't often climb mountains and I've never jumped out of a perfectly serviceable aeroplane, but I do love walks in the countryside and exploring cool old historical places.
I Can't stand smoking, but I do love a good dark rum or ale in front of a roaring fire. No kids, bit of a free spirit, value moments over possessions and love words. I'm not in any way laddish or blokey, I'm not at all into all that alpha male stuff. I respect others views, interests and beliefs. I consider myself agnostic, though I'm not a follower of any organised religion myself. I would never judge or shun anyone who does though, we all have our differences and that's what makes us interesting.
I'd love to meet a wordly, artistic, intelligent, nature loving girl with her own mind who loves old fashioned romance, cuddles and a damn good mosh once in a while. I'm hoping to find a real, deep relationship again, someone to share everything with. Simple really!
