PS: if you sometimes have a hard time starting a conversation, I know I do on occasion, just start out by askinf me any question not suited for fine dining with the inlaws. This tends to make me laugh and you'll get an honest answer, plus the first drink is on me if you manage to actually offend me a little. So, go overboard with it!
