I'm a Renaissance woman of sorts: my passions are music--writing, recording, performing, and listening to it--and dancing. I also write, paint, draw, and do performance art. I'm a wordsmith and healer by trade.
I love Jungian psychology, living creatively and authentically, yoga, travel, juicy good books, tea, herbalism, witchcraft, and mysticism.
