I'm a huge music and movie fanatic. I don't say that lightly. Stacks and stacks of CDs and DVDs that adorn my closet walls can attest to the claim. Some of the other dating sites I've tried are just a little too nondescript and it was difficult to find someone with a similar mind set and taste in music (and/or movies) as me. I wouldn't call myself a punk or goth or whatever, but I do appreciate the style and contributions to culture that those subcultures have brought, particularly there original forms. I enjoy the look of well rendered and thoughtful tattoos, distinctive piercings, colored hair, and even eye shadow (though it's not necessary).
I consider myself a gentleman with a chip on his shoulder. I'm quite kind, easy going and like to be humorous, but I can also be pretty critical and ever-ready to jump into a deep debate or conversation about big and small concepts. I'm a dedicated night owl, as well. Many of my friends have turned into regular working Joes with day jobs, but my job allows me to set my own schedule. The night is just too serene and prone to creativity to pass up.
