Three rules are very important to me and they are, being open, honest and respectful.
Following those rules I'll start by elaborating a little on what I want as the drop down options are limited and try to provide a good snapshot of who i am so you know exactly what your walking into.
The most important thing is I want to find someone to have fun with. If it ends up getting serious then I am not afraid of commitment and would enjoy a long term partner, if it isn't serious and/or short and sweet then fair enough, it was fun, thank you for the memories.
As long as we both enjoy ourselves i have no objections or preconceptions...Go with the flow, see where it leads.
If it gets serious I am very loyal, generous, caring, attentive, affectionate, loving and faithful...I have never cheated on anyone and never would as doing so breaks all three rules I mentioned above.
I don't do mind games, if I like you I will let you know [frequently] and i look for a person who will be honest and open with me also. That goes for everything...If you want something, don't want something, like or dislike something then be open, honest and respectful, and tell me. If you aren't open and honest you can't truely be happy. The most enjoyable thing for me is making you happy.
I am very uninhibited, inquisitive and experimental when it comes to most things in life.
I'm the type of person who will drive past some woods and think 'lets go explore and see what we find', or see some event I have no inkling about and think 'lets go check it out, it might be interesting'. If it ends up being rubbish it was fun to try something new and you can laugh about how rubbish it was.
If your interested in something long term then as you probably guessed I am a rocker and i am looking for a rock chick I like a broad spectrum of rock music so I will mention a few bands to give you an idea of that spectrum...Machine Head, Iron Maiden, Sisters of Mercy, Bon Jovi, Rammstein, Incubus, Korn, Def Lepard, Rage against the Machine, Slash, Cradle of Filth, Beastie Boys, Nightwish, Children of Bodom, Offspring, Hatebreed, Type o Negative, White/Rob Zombie.
I'm not totally restricted to rock music in my taste so expect some random and possibly weird choices to appear when shuffling through my music collection (i like what i like and i don't feel guilty) but outside of rock it is more of a random tit-bits of interest, some examples being LMFAO - party rock anthem, Mark Ronson & The Business Intl - Bang Bang Bang, Wretch 32 - Unorthodox, Pet Shop Boys - It's a Sin, Nizlopi - JCB Song, Shakespeare's Sister - Stay.
Outside of music my main interests would be Chocolate, Comedy programmes - Two & a Half Men, Mike & Molly, Red Dwarf, Only fools and Horses, Black Adder, The Young Ones, South Park, Stand-up shows.
The only sport I have much interest in is F1, I also like watching Top Gear but Im not really interested in cars.
I'm not really interested in football, soaps and reality programmes just try too hard. I do like to watch a lot of cartoons - Scooby-Doo, Chop Socky Chooks, Danger mouse, Samurai Jack and I tend to watch a lot of documentaries about history and the universe with the latter likely to blame for my interest in Sci-Fi and as we're on nerd alert I do enjoy playing video games as well as other types of games, board games, card games etc.
I also love animals, apart from spiders! More of a dog than a cat person.
I like the outdoors, camping, thunderstorms, snow, rain. Not a big fan of sun bathing, i'm quite happy out in the sun just not sitting/lying around in the sun feeling like a turkey in the oven on christmas eve.
Work wise I am a Truck Tyre Fitter. Pretty much have been since I left school and I enjoy it a lot. It is generally a bit of a dirty job so if your into grease monkeys I can accommodate that, if not then I scrub up well. Note, i take a while in the shower which is not unrelated to my big fluffy hair.
On a slightly related note, I am a jeans an T-shirt guy although I can be tempted into wearing a shirt...occasionally.
Back to the subject of work, even though I enjoy my job I am not a workaholic and have the philosophy of "I work to live, I don't live to work". I try to get a good work/life balance but if pushed I gravitate towards the life end of the scale.
Some general stuff...
I'm not a big drinker, i am not against it i just don't tend to have a desire to drink very often so 'going out for a drink' is not usually an enticing offer. Going out for something fun and interesting, which can include drink, is an enticing offer.
For a serious relationship i would prefer someone reasonably local. I have done long distance before and it can be fun but also frustrating and saddening. More "i miss you can i come over?" than "when can we organise to see each other next?"
Age is a bit of a none point for me, not least because it is no indication of anything apart from when you were born.
What makes a woman attractive is being comfortable with herself.
My one superficial weakness is long nails, i find them really er***c and i like to be scratched.
