Hi. I'm David. I'd describe myself as a part time or t-shirt goth. Usually my style is band or comic tshirt, black Jean's and trench coat, though the coat tends to be dropped in summer as I overheat easily and would happily migrate to the north of Norway for June, July and August! Occasionally a bit more colour creeps in and occasionally I go more stylish for a mediaeval goth look. Then there's bonfire season when I'm a Saxon every weekend!
My profile name is what I was dubbed at the old Eastbourne Goth nights run by the Darkside DJs. Apparently I was regarded as chivalrous in my late teens and early 20s. I don't think I've changed. Unfortunately such events fizzled out a decade ago, but I still have fond memories of rocking out to rage, disturbed, drowning pool, rob zombie and others. Got about all the albums from the bands mentioned, and others, though 70s and 80s rock dominates my CD collection, with a bit of classical and a few items of jazz, blues and folk in amongst.
Sports and the outdoors plays a bigger part in my life than gaming. Indoors I'm more of a comedy and crime fiction watcher or a reader. I do a bit of hillwalking, though most of my holidays feature more castles than mountains. I play badminton, watch tennis and key events from most sports (world cups and olympics mainly). I also watch snooker and have tried playing it, though that's more a game than a sport in my mind.
