For a heavy workout I push cars and trucks around. I strength train alot, have to with a job like roofing you gotta be strong and have a strong back. When I bike I cover 44 miles in one day. Cant drive cause of my seizures so I bike everywhere or take the train. I would love to drive one day but I love to bike. One day I'll bike the whole USA. But other then that I'm really chill down to earth will make you laugh ur ass off or s**t and piss ur self which ever makes you happy.
