Where to start?
First and for most if probably my love of food and cooking. I love trying new recipes and sharing what I cook with others. I especially love experimenting with Japanese food, and I'm on my way to launching my own ramen business.
Secondly, of course, I'm a metalhead. Come into my kitchen and you will hear it blasting. I'm pretty easy going on what kind, though I prefer thrash, metalcore and folk metal. I ove going to gigs, especially seeing smaller local bands, I like the sort of garage feel of it, and it's a great way to find new music.
I love travelling, and I want to see as much of the world as possible. I've lived in Japan in my past, and as part of my business I plan to go back to Japan every year, while also taking personal holidays wherever I fancy. Do you want to join me on that adventure?
