I have pretty bad Bipolar depression/Anxiety/PTSD I take a s**t ton of meds so my weight and looks are constantly changing due to side effects. My most effective coping mechanism is singing the ABC's and counting in French to myself. I'm really not sure why, but it relaxes me. I took 4 years of French and that's basically all I know how to speak lol.
