Name's Vince from Old Bridge, NJ. (central NJ in suburbia-land 'yawn')
Liked music basically since I could crawl. Learned to play piano at age 5-ish, concert band, marching band and stuff in H.S. Music Management minor in college; would perhaps like to play in ska band someday, if opportunity comes along. Like to shop for music at remaining record stores. Like to create my own playlists and critique music. Can't play guitar, play piano and trumpet/cornet, like to mimic vocal styles.
Genres: Ska/punk, ska, skate punk, local HC punk, thrash/speed metal, 90s alternative/rock/grunge anything loud, fast, and/or fun; love the sound of acoustic covers. I don't really like jam bands.
No ink, always in the back of my mind, should get off my ass and get a tattoo; no piercings, contemplating getting tongue pieced.
Shred

Skate-like to skate, but can't ollie regular board to save my life, ended up with bruised shins. Longboard around the streets when the weather's warm.
Snow-best shred sport-going on 6th snow season, progressing at my own pace, can shred at top speed, but working on my switch riding and park skills, loving every minute of it. Spent last season shredding in NorCal. Lived, shredded, and worked at the Kirkwood Mountain Resort. EPIC pow conditions. miss it..
Other stuff:
-Like outdoorsy stuff: camp, hike, mother nature, survival skills, former boy scout.
-Can fix just about anything including my own car. was supposed to be Chevy mechanic after high school.
-Was communications/media major in college, so I still like to write and research about anything that interests me.
-I am not a hippie, not a vegetarian, or vegan, or activist. (just putting that out there) I like to believe that I'm very rational, neutral, and understanding. I try not to take life too seriously, laugh at my mistakes, stuff like that. I embrace the things and attitudes that I developed years ago, such as listening to punk rock. Many of my friends have sort have grown out of it, which sucks, becuase they forgot the values that punk stands for, it is not a 'phase' in life, it is for life. \m/
