So, my friends are all coupled up and this is my next move. Sigh. I spend my days writing - currently working on a television series, a movie, and a play. Really good at procrastinating. I started writing this profile in 1996.
Kind of a romantic, a deep thinker, I hate all this trash tv culture, and instagramming your entire life. I make a wicked cup of tea and I live to just enjoy it. I have a dry sense of humour, and I have few inhibitions. Bit arty, bit of a rocker (long hair has been long cut off) and open to tattoos, but never really fancied getting one.
I keep pretty active, playing basketball and going swimming. Bit of a film geek/snob, but hopefully not in an annoying way. It's just that my taste is better than yours (probably should mention this dry wit again here).
Everybody is a hypocrite, but I'm as pretty honest as they come. Hate the games, hate the lies - I'm the kind of guy that gets a text before a date, "Sorry, don't think we should see each other any more," to which I jokingly reply, "So I guess I have the night to myself then?" And I like me. But not in an unhealthy way. It'd be nice to find that "special someone," whatever that is. I know dating sites are just full of dateable people (lol), but hopefully there's someone in the same boat that doesn't take this too seriously and wants a date or two? Let's see.
