Hey, so I felt like it was time to actually go and do my profile properly.
So, allow me to introduce myself, I'm Steve. I'm an amateur photographer living in Nottingham. I got into photography in February 2018 and immediately fell in love with it, ever since I've been almost constantly doing photography and trying to improve my skills.
As with everybody on this site, I'm really into music, I love to sing (even though I'm absolutely terrible at it), and I spend a lot of my time with music on singing along to whatever is playing, whether that is pop punk, classic rock or one of my guilty pleasures. The guilty pleasures are something that you'll have to wait and find out about.
I'm a nerd, a massive nerd. I'm very engrossed in the gaming scene, I've been gaming for over 15 years at this point. In fact, I've had access to a console or PC since the release of the PlayStation 2 (when I was just 2 years old). So, gaming has always been a massive part of my life and that's how I've been able to connect and develop my friendships with some of the closest and most important people in my life.
I'm often asked what bands I'm into, honestly, I don't feel the need to list them, and I don't feel like taking the time to do so is going to be beneficial to anybody. There's quite a high chance that if I've heard of the band, I'll like some of their music even if they're not a band I would say I particularly like. However, decent music is decent music and I appreciate it.
With me being a nerd or geek or dork or whatever, I'm very into technology from Computers to Phones, Tablets, Cameras, Drones and pretty much everything in between. Plus I've done college and University Courses on ICT, so I'm pretty good with that stuff, if you've got a problem with your tech, there's a decent chance that I may be able to figure out how to help you. Which is great. Who wouldn't want a boyfriend who can fix their laptop when it dies or whatever.
I'm massively into classic cars, I have been for as long as I remember, so there's always the possibility that I'll go off on a tangent while talking or while we're out together I'll start looking at whatever classic car has just cruised (or flown) past us. It's just who I am. It's just one of my massive passions.
I'm the kind of person that wants to get good at many things, but I don't ever want to be a master of anything, so essentially a "Jack Of All Trades", even though in reality what I'm doing isn't trades, they're hobbies. For example right now I'm doing photography, programming, website development, cinematography, media production and I'm also looking to get into music production, meaning learning Piano, Guitar, Drums and I'm also planning on learning how to sing.
I'm looking for someone who's going to be okay with me being me, my random outbursts of useless knowledge, my inability to stay still, my desire to learn something new and just me in general.
Unfortunately for you, I come from a pretty large family, that's just a heads up that if we went to any family event or gathering, there's a large chance that the house or wherever will quite easily have in excess of 30 people excluding us. So there's something to think about.
I'm not going to say I've had a bad past with relationships because I feel like too many people say that, and they often don't actually think about how good massive parts of the relationship were. I've had relationships in the past, none of which have worked out in the long run (obviously, that's why I'm on here), however I wouldn't go as far as to say that they were bad relationships, of course, we had our problems and things didn't work out the way that we had initially dreamed or hoped they would, but that's life. The people of my past have made me who I am today, they've changed my outlook on life and they've all positively impacted me in one way or another, so all I can do is thank them for being in my life and thank them for everything that we had together.
