Well, I guess here is where I talk about myself in the hopes of finding someone someday. Anyway hey, I'm Samuel, it means heard by god. Ironic since in all of creation why would an omnipotent being decide to hear me. To be honest I never really realized I was into the whole Gothic culture until recently. And the only piece of gothic fashion I have so far is a long coat that Neo wears in the matrix films, which I love to bits. And I curse the sun every day of summer for turning something I like wearing so much into a death trap. Comes with the territory being in Australia I guess.
I like listening to a fair bit of Escape the Fate and Powerwolf, but I also like to listen to Skrillex and a few other Dubstep songs on occasion. It really depends on how moody I'm feeling. Music helps me shut out the world around me and leave me with only 2 things in my head. The Music and My Study.
I'm a student studying Computer Science currently, but I also have an interest in learning Japanese, which I've been doing on my own recently. I hope to visit the country and teach english there for a while before continuing my studies. Eventually I wish to be a professor in my field, but until then I'm just a student.
I also happen to be a massive gamer. I usually play a lot of Indie games, but I also love to play RTS's RPG's and the occasional FPS's. I love Dragon Age out of all the RPG's I've played the most. I play Minecraft regularly. In fact I haven't really stopped since the day it was made. It seems a bit childish to play something a lot of kids play, but it just feels so good to stand back and look at this thing you built. Eventually for me it gets to the stage where I don't build and wander around my base in awe of my own grand design.
And speaking of design, I hope to build my own home at some point in the near future. I have this massive repository on Pinterest with all the design ideas that appealed to me.
