I am a huge fan of the world and people, philosophy and science. I am incredibly over-opinionated and love debating the big useless questions.
I like to wake up my local town every morning with Finntroll, Ensiferum or Amon Amarth blasting out in my car, it's the little things in life.
I'm a watersports instructor turned chef turned web designer/developer. I like to mix things up so I don't get bored. Seems to have worked so far.
Things I really like include books (fantasy: Tolkien, Gemmell / comedy: Terry Pratchett and Robert Rankin), forests, beaches, anime, Japanese...ness, rpg's/jrpg's, house parties and gigs, particularly 70,000 tons of metal which I first went to this year and intend to go to every year forever!
I have specific tastes in music in the metal, rock, ska, reggae, punk and...breakcore genres. My favourite thing in the world is the Sun, it is the closest thing I have to a god and I take every opportunity I can to be in it.
I refuse to make claims about my own character here. But other people seem to like me which is my main assurance that I'm 'probably alright'. I make people laugh.
I wish I had the courage to do cosplay, and I'm envious of people who do.
I'd like to meet someone with similar interests of a similar age who enjoys thought provoking conversation.
