Hello all,
I updated this a week or so ago but it seems it did not work so I am doing it again.
About me: Well I am from Southern California. I spent 6 years in the army and got out about 2 years ago. After that I moved here in June 2014 and am attending the University of Washington for a BS in Computer Science. I am a full time student and am having a pretty good time as I really enjoy school. I don’t socialize much with other students though because most of them are around 20 and I don’t have much in common with them.
On a more personal level: I like reading and actually do it. I am currently reading The Historian right now. So far it’s pretty interesting. Recently finished The Shinning and loved it. Great book! I enjoy working out when I have time. I love going to the movies but like it a lot more when I have someone to go with. Not as much fun if you can’t discuss the movie with someone after. I love cartoons and the Simpsons. I also love history and have a few degrees in it. I also have a lot of respect for those in the public service sector: police, emergency services and health care. I think it’s important to respect these sectors. I almost became a cop but decided against it. I just want to live and work in peace. I am very easy going and don’t believe in drama. Some people mass-produce drama and claim to hate it. I am not a one of those people.
**Oh and I don’t take many pictures of myself and don’t photograph well so try not to judge solely on my pictures.
What I am looking for: I am looking for a woman around my age that knows what she wants- at least as much as humanly possible. An important thing would be to be over the young-crazy phase.
I come from a pretty crappy family so I would like it if she had family here / was from here and, hopefully, was close with her family. Me having a crappy family and all I would like to be reasonably close with my in-laws and enjoy the holidays. I have never had that and have always wanted it. You don’t get to choose your family- I know that more than most- so it’s just a wish-list kind of thing.
This not really a criteria but you really can’t list out what you want in a person. Good foundations are built on honesty, loyalty and friendship. Basically everything is discovered when talking or hanging out so I am not going to be so ignorant as to think I can just fill out a request and get what I am looking for.
