Hard to find people in this area that are of like mind in much of anything, whether it be style, music, hobbies, religion or what have you. Just hoping this site can ameliorate that for me.
Stylistically I don't actually get to dress how I'd like. Not really anywhere in town (that I know of) where I can buy clothes I'd actually like, and online shopping tends to result in ill fitting clothes. So that's something I'm always looking for some advice on changing
As far as music goes I'm mostly a rock kind of guy but my taste within the genre can be fairly wide. Some examples off the top of my head: Nine Inch Nails, Otep, Puscifer, Pop Evil, Evanescence, 10 Years, Pink Floyd, Killswitch Engage, Demon Hunter, In This Moment, Tool, Halestorm, Lacuna Coil, Crossfade, Shinedown, Gemini Syndrome, Seether, A Perfect CIrcle, Deftones, Staind, etc. etc.
My hobbies mostly consist of various forms of gaming. I usually prefer RPGs to FPSs, I like tabletop games like D&D, VtM, Aberrant, Scion, and other such things. I also enjoy writing poetry but I don't have the inspiration for it nearly as often as I'd like.
I'm an agnostic, but mostly out of apathy rather than any form of conviction.
As far as television goes, I don't bother paying for cable, I do most my watching on Netflix. Arrow, Supernatural, Dr. Who, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Heroes, and so on.
For who I actually am? I tend to be anxious around new people, especially without someone I know to anchor me. I'm pretty much a giant weirdo once I open up though. My mind does not seem to always work in ways that make sense to others or even myself.
