I'm just checking this site out.. I'm not really on here to date anyone. I just moved here and don't really have any friends, therefor I don't really have anywhere to go to meet friends. I'd be cool to find people to hang out with and show me what there is to do around Nashville. Unfortunately, the only outlet I can think of as a way to meet people is these online sites, since I can't really just go out and meet people. It's not like I'm gonna go to a bar by myself and hope to make friends. My old roommate suggested PlentyOfFish.com and MeetMe.com, but both were just mostly creepy old dudes, rednecks, and weirdos. So I did some googling to see if there were other sites like those, or even possibly ones that weren't for dating but just for making friends, pathetic as that sounds. So I came across this site and it seems like a good outlet for exposure to the types of people I actually have things in common with and want to be around. If anyone has any better suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!!
