I'm Paul, 36, single father to my 6 year old son. Social Care specialist, trainer, rock star and all - round good egg, if a somewhat acquired taste.
What I’m doing with my life
I work for the local authority's adult social care and health department and for myself as a Visual Awareness trainer.

I sing in 2 bands; one a horror based band - we're all zombies on stage, punky riffs, catchy choruses, and the other is a more grungey affair

Dadding, procrastination, fault - finding, problem solving, lying in, cooking, domesticity, being a bit of a dichotomy
