I'm a graduate of the University of Washington with my BA in English Language and Literature. Right now I'm just taking some time off while working on my MATESOL application. I'm ultimately looking to move overseas and teach English at some point.
Outside of that, I juggle a lot of other activities. I work full-time as a sous chef at Hudson Public House. I'm also a death metal vocalist (formerly of Solum), looking for a new band while I record vocal covers. Otherwise I write poetry, am working on a couple of short stories, and am currently collaborating on a graphic novel with a friend. I usually balance everything out with tutoring or teaching internships on the side as well.
All that aside, I'm just living one day at a time right now.
