-music (starting with folk, south american/arabic, pyschedelic jazz, hip hop, funk, trip hop, acid house, progressive techno, psytrance, bass)
-good food (indian, mediterranean and mexican are the best)
-nature (gardens, bush, rainforest)
-travel, as a never ending universe of knowledge and philosophy. Lately, the experiences of Nigeria, Brazil and Turkey have been important to the way I see the world. The natures of each are powerful and complex. Diving into the art of balance in the world of assymetry, I find that laughter liberation is key.
